Try Lacrosse for FREE

Boys and Girls in grades Kindergarten - 8th grade can come out to a Sunday session and try lacrosse.  We will provide the equipment for each player.  If players enjoy their first lacrosse experience, they can register for any of our open programs.   

Little Lacrosse Athletes (Ages 3-5 years old)

The perfect introduction to lacrosse for our littlest athletes will be a 45 minute class which will include a warm-up/stretching, fitness, basic lacrosse skills, obstacle courses, and much more.  Boys and girls will be moving while having a great time playing lacrosse.  

• Ages 3-5 years old
• Sundays, 3pm - 3:45pm
• Sept. 22, 29  Oct.  6, 13, 20, 27
• This program will be held on field 12 (top grass field closest to Bryant Ave.) at the high school
• NO equipment necessary.  We can provide the lacrosse sticks.  
• $75 

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade Clinic

90 minutes of skill development and small sided games to help improve each players individual skills and game IQ. Great for beginners or experienced players.

• Sundays, 3:45pm - 5:15pm
• Sept. 15, 22, 29  Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27. Nov. 3
• Boys will play on the high school turf, and Girls will be on field 11 (top grass field at HS)
• $125

Speed Lacrosse (3rd-8th Grade)

Players in grades 3rd - 8th will participate in a 1hr practice, followed by a 45 minute Speed Lacrosse game.  Players will be divided up into teams during the first session in their age group, and will compete each week in Speed Lacrosse games.  Speed Lacrosse has quickly become a program favorite for our players and has helped our players develop their skills much quicker.  For new or experienced players as players will be split up by skill level.

White Plains Youth Lacrosse is open to all White Plains Residents residing in the following zip codes: 10601, 10602, 10603, 10604, 10605, 10606, 10607 & 10610.
